I love this shop A4 Auto! He is very honest and dont give you the run around if there is nothing wrong with your auto he will not make up some BS just to make a sale. I am a female and would highly recommend A4 Auto to all ladies that are tired of being a piece of meat and getting taken for a ride when it comes to your car or truck. I came here the first time about 18 months ago. I had a problem with my brakes and he said they where just dusty. He did have me come out and see other things that he noticed that I may want to keep an eye on, like my rear shocks they had a small leak. I am greatfull that there are still some down right honest mechanics out there and with in reason on prices. If you go some place else I am sorry for you, try A4 I can bet you will never go to another place again he is that good. He is going to put my husbands sterio and speakers in next month. Thank you A4 we love ya

I wanted to start out by saying thank you to our customers! At A-4 Auto Repair I enjoy working with all of you. At this time I would like to introduce myself, family and company. My name is Joel Anderson, I grew up in South Dakota. I attended Southeast Techinical Institute in Sioux Falls, SD for Automotive Technology. I started my career at a Ford and Chrysler dealership, detailing cars before graduating high school, working my way up to oil changes, brakes, tires attended tech school couple of jobs with independent shops one i was with for 9 years and here we are.
I have been married to my wonderful wife Laura scince 2007. Laura and I have 3 awesome kids. In addition, I have a son back in South Dakota, just started football. Our daughter will be two shortly, she loves shoe shopping, animals, and macaroni. We also have twin boys that are five and a half months old.
So now the company, Laura and I started this company to bring honesty and value back to getting car repairs done. What does A-4 Stand for? If you add up my wonderful kids they equal four, Anderson was already taken so we came up with the Anderson four. A-4 Auto Repair.

Joel is a truly awesome mechanic. One of the few honest mechanics left in Phoenix, or anywhere for that matter, that’s why I always take my cars to him. It’s nice knowing that I can send my wife there on her own and he wont try to rip her off. Thanks Joel!

I HAVE BEEN USING A-4 Auto Repair for both of my cars and am more than happy with the work done. Joel at A-4 is a very knowledgeable about vehicle repair and a great, HONEST mechanic. Will refer everyone I know. Fast, smart and honest is… A-4 !!!
